We collect and process personal information relating to visitors to our website. This collection of data may also take place when we contact you or you contact us. This may also occur when visitors come to our office or development.

Any personal information we collect will be used by us, strictly in accordance with current data protection legislation and this Privacy Policy.

Should we ask you to provide certain information by which you can be identified then you can be assured that it will only be used in accordance with this Privacy Policy. We do not share your data.

Why do we collect this information?

This information is collected, stored and processed by us to pursue our legitimate interests in:

  1. Marketing, promoting and selling high quality homes to our customers.
  2. Fulfilling contracts with our customers.
  3. Ensuring that our company practices are safe, secure and compliant with all necessary legislation.

Where is the data stored and how long for?

We hold personal data in a variety of forms, which include paper records, electronically on cloud based systems, electronically on local servers and on company hardware.

We will hold the data for as long as we continue to have a legitimate interest to do so.

Personal data that we hold for prospective customers will be retained throughout the phase of construction and for a 6 month period following the sale of the last home on that site. After that date, all personal data will be suppressed on our database. At any time, prospective customers are able to remove their details from our database by clicking to ‘unsubscribe’ from our emails or by contacting us.

These timescales will be kept under review from time to time.
